About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior QA to join our AI-team at Simployer Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our conversational UI and delivering high-quality, stable products that make a difference.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA/testing experience with various methods and tools. They will also be familiar with agile methodologies and AI-driven QA tools.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about QA, AI, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, and execute tests to ensure our products meet quality standards and provide a great user experience.
  • Report, document, and track issues, collaborating closely with developers to resolve them efficiently.
  • Work closely with developers, designers, and product owners to ensure high-quality deliveries.
  • Estimate effort and complexity for new features together with the development team.
  • Continuously improve QA competencies and implement new manual testing techniques.
  • Use GenAI technologies to optimize testing, identify patterns, and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Participate in architecture and solution discussions to ensure testability and quality are built into the product from the start.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose solutions that increase quality and efficiency.
