SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is $180,000-$250,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionThis senior leadership role is responsible for defining and executing access, value, and pricing strategies for BeiGene's hematology portfolio across all regions in which we operate. The successful candidate will develop comprehensive value toolkits to support global affiliates in demonstrating clinical and economic value to payers, healthcare providers, and patients.
The Global Value, Access & Pricing Lead Hematology will collaborate closely with Regional market access leads, Commercial leadership, GPT Leader, Legal, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and strategic planning teams globally, regionally, and locally to ensure alignment with global business objectives during development, launch, and life cycle management of the portfolio.
This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the global hematology market and the ability to develop and execute effective market access strategies.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as science or health economics
- At least 8 years of experience in a related field, including market access, health economics, or pricing
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
