The position is responsible for overseeing the global value, access, and pricing strategies for all products BeiGene’s hematology portfolio (including assets considered for in-licensing), across all regions in which BeiGene operates. All key strategies are developed in alignment with global business objectives during development, launch and life cycle management of the portfolio. This position is directly responsible for providing strategic direction, at a global level, to the development of global Market Access strategies, global pricing and reimbursement strategies, and global evidence generation strategies, (including real world evidence on health economic and outcome research) that would maximize the value for BeiGene’s in-line and in-market products.

The position must collaborate closely with Regional market access leads, Commercial leadership, GPT Leader, Legal, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and strategic planning teams globally, regionally and, from time to time, locally.

Essential Functions of the job:

Develop pre-launch value strategies and support local launch teams with comprehensive value toolkits and market-specific materials for payer and provider engagement. Collaborate with Global Medical Affairs and GPTs to ensure market access requirements are integrated into clinical trials and evidence-generation strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for market access, value, and pricing matters related to the hematology portfolio, fostering alignment across Global, Regional, and Local teams. Identify payer archetypes and associated needs, in close collaboration with the regional market access leads, to optimize pricing and reimbursement regionally and locally, with consistency globally, as required. Engage and communicate with key internal stakeholders, including R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial teams, to build alignment on access and pricing strategies. Present and advocate for access and pricing strategies at senior leadership and executive meetings, communicating value strategies and anticipated market access outcomes. Expand knowledge and experience by regular engagement with key stakeholders to understand business processes, policies, strategies, and evolving business trends. Represent Market Access in the respective GPTs and GBT Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of individual contributors, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving global market access objectives. Provide strategic guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to build capabilities in market access, health economics, and pricing within the team.
