Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at PARETO SECURITIES AS. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the assembling and proper packaging of our product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Production Activities
    • Direct and coordinate the activities of a large group of hourly employees in the production plant.
    • Ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner and within budget.
  • Communicate Effectively
    • Provide updates to the team regarding production demands and deadlines.
    • Communicate with employees in a clear and concise manner.
  • Lead by Example
    • Create a positive work environment for the team.
    • Resolve issues as they arise.
  • Improve Efficiency and Productivity
    • Work with other supervisors to coordinate operational activities within and across departments.
    • Ensure the production team adheres to GMPs, safety, sanitation, and other regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role in the food industry.
  • Skills
    • Basic computer skills.
    • Ability to supervise up to 90 employees.
    • Ability to lift 40 lbs.
    • Ability to work in a wet and cool environment.
    • Bilingual: Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Education
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
