Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to reach and exceed assigned sales quota quarterly and annually. You'll work closely with our technical and operational teams to ensure successful project scoping and delivery, and provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a growing sales team.

You'll also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations, and conducting market research to understand customer needs, market trends, consultancy, and competitive landscape. By leveraging your skills and expertise, you'll help us deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international SaaS B2B/enterprise sales, with a strong commercial acumen and ability to identify sales leads, pitch products or services effectively, negotiate deals, and close sales. You'll also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create and drive revenue within a list of named accounts and/or in a specific region.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to reach and exceed assigned sales quota quarterly and annually.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, consultancy, and competitive landscape to tailor sales pitches and presentations effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Lead efforts to enable customers to quantify and articulate business value.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a growing sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving results.
  • Coordinate with technical and operational teams to ensure successful project scoping and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting using CRM.
