About the Position

TN Norway is seeking a Territory Sales Leader to drive sales growth across all GEA Food Application Solution products targeted at customers in Norway.

This role involves frequent travel within Norway and abroad, searching for and building up new customer relationships while maintaining existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop sales plans covering the total portfolio in line with targets and drive pipeline growth.
  • Provide input to Nordic Sales Management regarding forecast and participate in weekly Nordic Teams meetings.
  • Drive equipment sales/profitability by effectively leveraging Product Specialists and other resources.

Your Profile / Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have direct experience and/or a strong professional understanding of the food application industry.

The candidate should demonstrate an ability to navigate diverse environments and collaborate effectively with various companies, locations, and cultures.

Requirements

  • A proven sales track record of selling capital goods.
  • A strong external sales-oriented personality with team-player skills.
  • Possess a professional education as Food Technologist, Engineer or similar with solid sales experience.
