Job Description

The Sous Chef role is a key position within our Food & Beverage department, responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in leading the culinary team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Sous Chef in a high-standard hotel or restaurant and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with the Executive Chef to develop menus and manage kitchen operations
  • Leading a team of chefs to ensure seamless service delivery during peak periods
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and optimizing kitchen resources
Requirements
