In this role, you will work closely with the administration both in Bergen and Horten, and be responsible for overseeing the daily service operation, including coordinating field service engineers internally and regionally.
Your Key Tasks- Coordinate field service engineers internally and regionally and allocate resources for project work.
- Be a key part of the support operation and ensure that customer requests are given the right attention.
- Delegate and direct service tasks, monitor the progress of current service projects, and manage service team members to ensure the team's objectives and sales goals are met.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
- Assist with or perform administrative tasks, such as managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, and tracking inventory.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring the company's adherence to these regulations.
