About the Role

This Regulatory Compliance Specialist role is newly established and crucial in maintaining our commitment to excellence and integrity. You will be part of a team consisting of Sustainability Manager and SQA engineer (Supplier Quality Assurance) and working in tight collaborations with the QHES-teams at our factories in Sweden, UK, and China.

You will report to Quality & Compliance Director in OHC and benefit from the extensive expertise available within Orkla ASA and its portfolio companies.

Key Qualifications:
  • Higher education in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of business experience, ideally in a corporate environment.
  • Regulatory or Compliance experience from work in industrial manufacturing or from Testing-, Inspection-, Certification- or Standard- organizations.
  • Experience in an international manufacturing matrix organization, including supplier follow-up.
  • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of materials and chemical testing methods and the ability to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in risk management or auditing.
