We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Financial Crime Prevention at SEB group. As a member of our senior management team, you will play a key role in shaping the direction of our Financial Crime Prevention function.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience working within the financial crime area within a major financial institution. They will also possess strong leadership skills to lead, collaborate, and influence key stakeholders towards a common vision.
In addition, the ideal candidate will have a track record in building and driving teams, as well as the ability to overcome problems and challenges along the way. A structured and analytical approach with a proven record of delivering results efficiently and accurately is also essential.
