Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Product Leader to drive innovation and deliver cloud-based solutions for our Industry Cloud Product Area. This role involves leading a team of 30-40, responsible for a growing set of offerings and capabilities.

About the Role
  • Define and Execute Strategy: Develop and execute a customer-centric direction for your Product Area, aligning with Autodesk Forma's mission.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration between teams within and outside of Unified Design, promoting a culture of effectiveness and product success.
  • Team Development and Mentorship: Attract, retain, and empower a high-performing team, mentoring them to grow, succeed, and take ownership.
  • Culture for Effective Teamwork: Establish practices that optimize collaboration and productivity within your Product Area.

  • Comfort with experiment-driven learning and adapting to a dynamic setting.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
