Regulatory Analyst Role

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Onboarding: Oversee the KYC process for new clients, ensuring that all necessary documentation is collected, reviewed, and verified according to regulatory requirements.
  2. Periodic Reviews: Oversee regular reviews of the existing client profiles to ensure ongoing compliance with KYC regulations.
  3. Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential regulatory risks related to client onboarding and reviews, escalating issues as needed.
  4. Regulatory Expertise: Obtain and maintain a solid understanding of AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS, EMIR, Dodd Frank and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
  5. Regulatory Projects: Support and contribute to various regulatory initiatives developing processes and routines, ensuring that the bank remains compliant with evolving regulations.
  6. Regulatory Advisor: Act as an advisor and support client teams and other stakeholders.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with compliance, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of regulatory requirements into the bank's processes.
  8. Reporting: Prepare and present reports on KYC activities and compliance status to senior management and maintain an overview of the customer base with respect to KYC/AML.
Requirements

In addition to good academic results and analytical skills, we value an outgoing personality, team player mentality, and integrity. You show commitment to learn and constantly develop your skill set, and you work in a structured way with focus on quality, details, and deadlines.

You have a basic understanding of business drivers and regulatory implications from your studies or previous work. Experience from the regulatory area is considered a plus, but not a prerequisite.

Our success hinges on working closely with the client teams and other relevant stakeholders across the bank, where seamless communication and collaboration is key. Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language is required.
