  2. Site Management: Manage the construction site, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the project schedule.
  3. Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that the work meets the required quality standards.
  4. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact the project.
  5. Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including project sponsors, clients, and team members.
  6. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in the oil and gas, renewable energy, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of professionals.
