Position Details

This postdoctoral research fellow position is available at the Centre for the Study of Professions (SPS), a leading research environment for the study of professions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on the impact of AI and digitalization on meaningful work.
  • Develop and implement research projects that contribute to the AUTOMA project's objectives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to advance knowledge in the field and disseminate research findings through publications and presentations.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage in theoretical and empirical research, analyze existing literature, and design innovative studies.

Requirements
  • A doctoral degree in a relevant field, such as philosophy, social sciences, or interdisciplinary studies.
  • Strong background in research methodology, including qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.

Prior experience with AI-related technologies and research in meaningful work would be advantageous but not required.
