Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Aviation Logistics Analyst to join our team at Northrop Grumman. In this critical role, you will support O-Level maintenance and daily flight operations with the Royal Norwegian Air Force (RNoAF).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the site Maintenance Operations Center (MOC) and Logistics Operations Center (LOC) to coordinate maintenance tasks, planning, personnel, and develop best practices and procedures in accordance with site and program policies.
  • Function as the liaison between MOC leadership and technicians for all production efforts of the RNoAF squadron.
  • Assist the NGC Site Lead in coordinating with customer and support agencies on all constraints and risks that affect air vehicle availability (AVA).
  • Assist and advise with initiation of Action Requests (AR) outside the scope of planned maintenance tasks, track maintenance actions, and update MOC on maintenance progress.
  • Collaborate with maintenance management on maintenance surges and scheduled changes to support flight operations.
  • Participate in maintenance meetings with the MOC/LOC.
  • Address and resolve problematic maintenance complexities that arise in the completion of maintenance actions or flight operations.

Requirements:

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 9 years' experience in fixed wing aviation maintenance.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising and assigning program workloads as well as duties for entire shifts of workers performing aircraft maintenance, repair, inspection, and modifications.
  • Three years minimum as a Maintenance or Production Control Supervisor.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical data and blueprint drawings.
  • A current Secret or higher Clearance.
  • Ability to obtain Special Access Program clearance, as required.
  • Ability to provide temporary support to our other CLS locations and/or emerging deployments.
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts, holidays, and weekends and support on-call status for 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week, 365 days a year.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • F-35 Aircraft Production Superintendent or Maintenance Controller experience.
  • U.S. Air Force, U. S. Navy, or U. S. Marine Corps experience with thorough understanding of F-35 Fighter Aircraft Systems and operations and JSF program requirements.
  • Experience working multiple aircraft and programs simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with European Military Airworthiness Requirements (EMAR).
  • Experience identifying and procuring consumables, HAZMAT, tooling, and spare parts required for specific operations.
  • Highly skilled in using MS Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.

Salary Range: $73,300 - $109,900

Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
