Job Description

This role will be responsible for supporting the Maintenance Operations Center (MOC) and Logistics Operations Center (LOC) in coordinating maintenance tasks, planning, personnel, and developing best practices and procedures. You will also serve as a liaison between MOC leadership and technicians, assisting with initiation of Action Requests (AR), tracking maintenance actions, and updating MOC on maintenance progress.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with site MOC and LOC teams to coordinate maintenance tasks, planning, personnel, and develop best practices and procedures.
  • Serve as a liaison between MOC leadership and technicians for all production efforts of the RNoAF squadron.
  • Assist the NGC Site Lead in coordinating with customer and support agencies on all constraints, and risks that affect air vehicle availability (AVA).
  • Collaborate with maintenance management on maintenance surges and scheduled changes to support flight operations.
  • Participate in maintenance meetings with the MOC/LOC.
  • Address/resolve problematic maintenance complexities that arise in the completion of maintenance actions or flight operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 9 years' experience in fixed wing aviation maintenance. Will consider a bachelor's degree from an accredited university relevant to the aviation industry and 5 years of applied experience; or a master's degree and 3 years of applied experience.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising and assigning program workloads as well as duties for entire shifts of workers performing aircraft maintenance, repair, inspection, and modifications.
  • Three years minimum as a Maintenance or Production Control Supervisor.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical data and blueprint drawings.
  • A current Secret or higher Clearance.
  • Ability to obtain Special Access Program clearance, as required.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $73,300 - $109,900 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
