Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our Technology team in Oslo, Norway. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in developing new products and services, ensuring top-notch user experience and user interface.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing new products and services with a focus on user-centered design
  • Reviewing and refining client-facing interfaces to ensure a seamless user experience
  • Using UX/UI design methods to understand user needs, behaviors, and emotions to inform design decisions
  • Collaborating closely with team members and product managers to understand user needs and transform them into intuitive UI designs
  • Supporting and developing our design system to ensure a balanced brand experience across all platforms
  • Working closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately translated into functional websites

Requirements:

  • Strong passion and enthusiasm for UX and UI design, including user research
  • Knowledge about accessibility (WCAG)
  • Experience with relevant design tools, including Figma, Miro, or similar tools
  • Can-do attitude and a love for making things work
  • Proven ability to carry out effective design processes from start to finish
  • Good business understanding and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
  • Good communication skills
  • Working language is English
