As our Partner Development Manager, you will be the ambassador and advocate for the Partner Development agenda and the key enabler for Norway on the Partner Development agenda. You will play a key role in elevating Partners' leadership capabilities, integrating leadership theories into their daily business operations.

Your primary tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Leading Partner Development initiatives within the country, ensuring full alignment with the NESO regional strategy.
  • Planning, organizing, and delivering leadership development training sessions to ensure impactful learning experiences.
  • Managing and overseeing the training lifecycle, including scheduling, organizing, and post-training evaluations.

This role involves significant travel, with weekly trips within the country to visit Partners and provide training sessions, guidance and support. Additionally, there will be occasional trips to Copenhagen to align with NESO stakeholders train future partners.

You'll report directly to the Head of Partner Development, Northern Europe, and become an essential part of the vibrant Partner Development team, working closely with talented colleagues and various stakeholders.
