We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a key member of our Mobile Performance Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative campaigns that drive user acquisition and growth globally.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, with experience in managing user acquisition campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Facebook & TikTok Ads. You will also be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, identifying trends, and optimizing towards performance KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels.
- Analyze and report campaign performance regularly to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ideate new concepts and run AB tests to identify potential opportunities for scaling user growth through online channels.
- Create quality ad content tailored to each market and in-line with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and manage ad spend to ensure efficient allocation within set budgets.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop creative briefs and ensure all creative assets are up-to-date and refreshed regularly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in performance marketing or quantitative marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, branding, and copywriting.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop out-of-the-box ad concepts that drive results.
- A good understanding of international markets and the ability to develop marketing campaigns that appeal to users in various countries.
- Ability to work with spreadsheets/numbers to analyze ad performance, identify trends, and create well-structured and understandable reports.
