Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Service Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure operations group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our datacenters.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with complex systems and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive identification and remediation of vulnerabilities (such as single points of failure)
  • Provide recommendations on new data center equipment designs, technologies, and construction methods
  • Share best practices, assist others in learning role, process, procedures; and mentor others

Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in applicable engineering field or mechanical or electrical trades

  • Applicable certifications: ASICS/Inventory Control, CompTIA, Microsoft, Network Certifications, PMP, ITIL, CDCP
