About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Advisor to join our team at Polestar. As a key member of our Customer Engagement Center, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless interactions across all departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer enquiries through emails, chats, and inbound calls
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns and provide solutions
Requirements
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in a Customer Service profession
