Logistics Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Support Specialist to join our team at Nordic Shelter. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational readiness and sustainment of our defense systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Life Cycle Management (LCM): Develop and implement LCM strategies for our products and projects, including life cycle cost analysis, reliability availability maintainability and testability, logistics support analysis, and failure mode effects and criticality analysis.
  • Documentation and Training: Create and manage documentation and training materials for our products and projects, including information needs analysis, structure and organization of the documentation system, publication requirements, user and maintenance documentation, and training need analysis.
  • System Safety: Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment according to ISO 12100 standards.

As a successful candidate, you will have a bachelor's or master's degree in logistics, engineering, defense studies, or a related field, with minimum 5-10 years of experience in ILS for defense systems. You will also have strong knowledge of NATO logistics policies, MIL-STD-1388, S3000L, S1000D, and other relevant standards. Experience in working with defense procurement programs is also required.
