The Role:

  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management
  • Developing and implementing a robust compliance management system for customer outcomes and training programs
  • Reviewing and analyzing marketing communications and complaints for compliance standards
  • Applying complex regulations to our business model and operations
  • Collaborating with global Regulatory Compliance Managers to align local risk frameworks and processes
  • Identifying and addressing regulatory issues proactively
  • Engaging with internal stakeholders (Legal, Risk, etc.) and external partners (regulators, vendors, etc.)
  • Creating, assessing, and implementing policies from scratch

You'll Need:

  • English language proficiency
  • Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis and its applications
  • A background in policy creation and implementation
  • Expertise with payments, prepaid cards, and deposits
  • Understanding of compliance risk and business risk interplay
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities with close attention to detail
  • Sound judgment and decision-making
  • Analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and experience in regulatory requirements relating to payments
