About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team at TN Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, diagnoses, and repairs to various equipment within our Workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Diagnose and repair equipment issues in line with company quality and certification standards.
- Assist with the rigging up, building, and rigging down of equipment as required.
- Drive a forklift to transport equipment and components safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Report any incidents or non-conformances promptly and in accordance with established procedures.
- Participate in morning meetings to discuss safety, maintenance status, and mobilization/demobilization updates.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and effective communication.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Technical qualification in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in a related product line is desirable.
