Advisory Presales Solution Consultant, IT Asset Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Asset Management Solution Consultant to join our team at ServiceNow. As a key member of our presales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth for our IT Asset Management product line.
As a Solution Consultant, you will partner with sales, solution consulting, and the rest of the ServiceNow ecosystem to drive effective sales cycles and help customers achieve success through identification of their business needs and the associated business value and translate that into real-life use cases to create the right solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Advise customers/prospects on the use of ServiceNow's ITAM suite to solve business issues and technical problems.
- Provide guidance on the future of our ITAM solutions and inspire customers with an innovative mindset.
- Take a leading role in creation and sharing of best practices and content to educate colleagues and help customers realize value faster.
- Qualify, scope, plan, and deliver customer-facing activities such as presentations, demos, and proof of concepts.
- Promote and educate about ServiceNow technology and industry trends through public, customer, and marketing events.
- Be the voice of the customer and provide feedback to help product management and engineering teams shape the roadmap and better help our customers.
- Be the go-to person in the area of focus for market trends and competitive analysis with special skills on differentiation for our ITAM solutions.
- Experience driving technical activities in complex organizations managing change and multiple stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Ideal solution consulting and/or presales background in Hardware, Software, Cloud, and Enterprise Asset Management domains with understanding and hands-on experience with related tools and processes.
- Understanding of the Asset Management market and current trends.
- Experience working with Software License Compliance & Asset Onboarding and Offboarding processes, Contract and Renewal Management, Licensing Terms and Conditions, and Major Publishers.
- Experience with discovery, inventory, and client distribution technologies.
- Lifelong learner passion about building trustful business relationships.
- Great communication and presentation skills including technical and business concepts, with fluency in English and one of the Nordic languages.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and experience working with diverse teams.
