Job Description

We are seeking an English into Finnish healthcare specialist to join our team at TN Norway. As a medical translator, you will be responsible for translating complex healthcare content from English into Finnish, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency in your work.

Main Responsibilities

  • Translate a variety of medical documents, including clinical trials, patient information, and product labeling.
  • Edit and proofread translations to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts and project managers to clarify any doubts or concerns.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in medical translation and/or editing.
  • A formal education in Translation, Medicine, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proficiency in CAT tools, such as XTM/Phrase, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent language skills in both English and Finnish, with the ability to understand nuances and idioms.
