Main Purpose of Position

We are seeking an experienced QHSSE Coordinator to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, health, safety, security, and environmental compliance by managing supplier evaluations, championing the open reporting system, leading internal projects, and coordinating ISO audits.

Responsibilities

• Supplier Management: Conduct pre-qualification assessments for suppliers, perform evaluations and follow-ups to ensure compliance with standards, manage and update the supplier register, and conduct audits of suppliers to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Open Reporting System: Act as the champion for the Open Reporting System, analyze data, and generate reports to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Internal Audits and Compliance: Oversee internal audits, Lessons Learned (LLs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and HSSE incidents, analyze data, and generate reports.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to the ORS, lead internal QHSSE projects aimed at improving processes, develop and execute campaigns to enhance QHSSE awareness, improve communication and visibility of QHSSE initiatives, and coordinate ISO audits.
• Management Reviews: Facilitate management reviews and ensure follow-up on action items.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years in QHSSE Management.
• Language: Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Skills: Strong analytical and reporting skills, good communication abilities, knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in QHSSE software and reporting tools.
