The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical features and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

About the Role:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify, negotiate, and close upgrade opportunities and contracts.
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from request intake to project handover.

- Proactively promote relevant system upgrades and enhancements.
You Will Thrive in This Role If:
- You have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar customer-facing technical role.
- You have experience working with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
