As a Technology Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's technology infrastructure strategy and ensuring the security and stability of our network environment.

The Technology Infrastructure team is responsible for managing and developing the installed base and offering a wide variety of service offerings to always deliver value to our customers' business needs. We work closely with internal departments to identify and address customer needs and concerns.

You will be responsible for reviewing incoming tickets, assigning priorities, and distributing workload effectively. Additionally, you will identify needs and lead efforts in developing department and team deliveries.

  • Review and prioritize incoming tickets to ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify training requirements and provide coaching to team members.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to identify and address customer needs and concerns.
