Our Customer Operations - Network department seeks an experienced Network Engineer to manage and maintain our services through new technologies and smart management.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in our continued success and help deliver cutting-edge technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement network solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Operate and maintain network components, including patching, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage security components within LAN/WLAN environments.
  • Troubleshoot and implement LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN firewalls, and other network infrastructure.
  • Provide 3rd line customer support and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Checkpoint firewalls, Cisco routing and switching, and Cisco ISE.
  • Dynamic routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, etc.
  • Deliveries to 3rd party ISPs and knowledge of MPLS.
  • VPN delivery experience (IP-VPN, SSL-VPN, IPSEC-VPN).
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in network design, implementation, and operation.
  • Strong understanding of network monitoring and troubleshooting techniques.
