Reward Campaign Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Specialist Loyalty to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing loyalty campaigns related to our Norwegian Reward program.
As a Campaign Specialist Loyalty, you will work closely with our loyalty partners to develop and manage partner campaigns within Norwegian Reward.
- Campaign planning: Plan loyalty campaigns throughout the year together with loyalty partners, Partner Manager, and Loyalty Marketing Manager.
- Campaign execution: Coordinate content for campaigns, including image sourcing and resizing, copy editing, and organization of translations and proofreading.
- Campaign performance analysis: Evaluate and report on campaign performance with CRM/Analytics team and discuss with stakeholders how to improve performance of future campaigns.
- Partner campaign management: Maintain regular contact with loyalty partners to plan and execute campaigns, including sourcing partner offers, preparing customer-facing content, and implementing campaigns together with loyalty stakeholders.
This position requires a strong commercial sense and good understanding of customer needs. You should also have excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
