We are seeking a skilled Campaign Specialist Loyalty to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing loyalty campaigns related to our Norwegian Reward program.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in customer behavior, data analysis, and content creation. They will work closely with our loyalty partners to develop and manage partner campaigns within Norwegian Reward.

  • Influence customer loyalty: This role offers the opportunity to build and retain loyal customers for Norwegian.
  • Work with leading partners: You will collaborate with key partners to plan and execute campaigns.

This position requires a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, as well as experience in campaign management and content creation for B2C organizations and brands.

You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams.
