Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent SkinCeuticals and promote in-depth product and aesthetic knowledge
• Coach clinics to develop their businesses and create growth
• Conquer new clients and grow existing ones through targeted sales initiatives
• Drive growth by proposing a clear action and implementation plan respecting ROI
• Conduct detailed product and sales training in aesthetic clinics

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A strong understanding of aesthetical treatments and preferably solid experience working in an aesthetic clinic
• Ambitious, result-oriented, and solution-focused, with a strong sense of quality
• Good organizational skills and logistic and technical abilities
• Analytical, innovative, anticipatory, and take initiative
• Trustworthy, reliable, and responsible, motivated by working independently
• Business- and sales-oriented, thriving in a competitive environment, and creating growth naturally
• Social and communicative, able to build relationships and network internally and externally
• Fluent in Norwegian and master English written and orally on a professional business level
• Ability to travel extensively throughout Norway and hold a Driver's license (B)
