NTE Data Center Protection Manager

TN Norway is seeking a skilled NTE Data Center Protection Manager to manage the on-site operational physical security of our NTE Data Centers in Oslo, Norway. This position requires a thorough understanding of access control systems and processes, guard force management, reporting security metrics, security audits, and incident reporting.

The ideal candidate will also be able to maintain compliance requirements with international standards such as SOC1, SOC2, and ISO27001. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure the security and safety of TN Norway.

This role will involve coordinating physical security, investigations, risk/threat assessments, supervising employees and contractors performing specific security objectives, and monitoring vendor performance. As an NTE Security Manager, you will work closely with peers in other geographic regions and may be required to travel.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Investigate site incidents and provide detailed reports
  2. Analyze situations, make quick decisions, and formulate action plans
  3. Compile concise and accurate security reports
  4. Create and manage key performance metrics
  5. Work with security service providers
  6. Train others in security procedures
