We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Studiekonsulent to join our team at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). As a Studiekonsulent, you will play a crucial role in supporting students in their academic journey, ensuring they receive the necessary information and resources to succeed.

• Respond to student inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely information.
• Meet with students to discuss their academic progress, goals, and challenges.
• Assist students with administrative tasks, such as course registration and degree planning.
• Collaborate with faculty members and other support staff to ensure students receive comprehensive support.
• Develop and maintain relationships with students, faculty, and staff to promote a positive and inclusive academic environment.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Experience working in a higher education setting is an asset.
