Studiekonsulent

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Studiekonsulent to join our team at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). As a Studiekonsulent, you will play a crucial role in supporting students in their academic journey, ensuring they receive the necessary information and guidance to succeed.

• Provide excellent customer service to students, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Offer guidance and support to students on academic matters, including course selection, study plans, and academic progress.
• Assist students with administrative tasks, such as registration, course enrollment, and degree certification.
• Collaborate with faculty members and other support staff to ensure students receive comprehensive support.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of university policies, procedures, and regulations related to student support.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

• Relevant work experience in a higher education setting.
• Knowledge of Norwegian language and culture.
• Experience with student information systems and software.
