About the Role

We are seeking a Price & Promotion Analyst to join our Retail Team. This role is critical in driving customers to stores and influencing their shopping behavior through good prices and promotions. The successful candidate will be a catalyst for driving change across chains, categories, and marketing to strengthen Coop's competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive insight and facts into Coop's critical business processes.
  • Support Coop on their journey towards greater digitization and personalization.
  • Work closely with Coop in a dynamic environment with opportunities for experimentation and learning.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree (or equivalent) in business-related areas.
  • A desire to specialize in insights and analysis, consulting, trade, or FMCG.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to project manage small to medium-sized projects.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to challenge established truths.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Fluency in both Norwegian and English with good written skills.
