Chief Consultant Wind Turbine and Electrical Expert

Ramboll is seeking a highly skilled Chief Consultant Wind Turbine and Electrical Expert to join our global Offshore Wind Advisory team. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert guidance and strategic advice in all areas within the wind turbine scope, particularly wind turbine electrical systems.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support working packages for wind turbine scopes and interfaces, ensuring adherence to project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems during project execution of wind turbine projects.
- Support and lead technical preparation, coordination, and management of wind turbine scope tendering processes.
- Develop and improve standard and modular technical requirements for the contracting of the wind turbine scope in international projects.
- Provide training and mentorship to project team members, subcontractors, and field personnel.
About You
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong project management skills with experience in negotiating complex contracts and prioritizing tasks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
