We are seeking an experienced Senior People & Organisation Business Partner who will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, leveraging their P&O experience and broader perspectives to address complex organisational challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and ensure the implementation of organisational change initiatives from a P&O perspective.
- Promote leadership behaviours and elevate team performance through coaching.
- Implement and execute annual processes, including Engagement Survey, People Review, Succession Planning, Talent Management, Performance Management, and salary review.
- A master's degree in psychology, HR, business administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience within HR, predominantly as a Senior HR/P&O Business Partner working in international, matrix organisations.
- Knowledge of organisational governance and labour law.
Candidates should be able to work fluently in both Norwegian and English, focusing on delivering strategic people partnership in a hybrid environment.
