In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user-centered solutions that meet the evolving needs of our users. Your expertise will be crucial in driving design decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration of designs with our development process.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of UX/UI design for Spond's platforms, focusing on creating intuitive and impactful user experiences.
- Conduct user research, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
- Work closely with product managers and developers to define and deliver features that meet user needs and business goals.
- Create design specifications, oversee their implementation, and ensure alignment with user needs.
- Design information architecture that enhances usability and navigation for our users.
