**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Strategist to lead our logistics department and drive the development of our logistics strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for operational optimization, excellent analytical skills, and leadership experience.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for both the operational leadership of the logistics department and optimization projects to support continued growth. They will develop our existing logistics team by challenging and supporting them to create an exceptional work environment. Additionally, they will oversee the logistics strategy for TN Norway, balancing the needs of our customers, drivers, restaurant partners, and technical capabilities.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to improve delivery quality and reduce costs
  • Lead the logistics team to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with other departments
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
  • Proven track record of improving delivery quality and reducing costs
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills
