Job Overview

The Sales and Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding our customer base, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Build relationships with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
  • Identify new opportunities and devise strategies for entering and expanding in those markets.
  • Create compelling presentations and proposals showcasing our services and addressing client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals ensuring profitable partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in sales and business development preferably in the logistics industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
  • Ability to travel as needed (10-15%).
  • Team player with a positive attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
