
Dealer Growth Specialist

The Dealer Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales through our dealers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales through our dealers.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and analyze market trends and consumer behavior to create targeted marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with dealers to understand their needs and develop tailored marketing plans to promote our products and services to their target audience.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of dealership marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations to improve results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, providing them with marketing support and training to help them achieve their sales objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend potential new dealers to expand our network and reach new markets.
- Keep up-to-date with industry and market trends, identifying new opportunities to position Indusland Logistics as a leader in the industry.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop marketing collateral that effectively communicates our brand message to dealers and their customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with a track record of successful campaign management.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining relationships with dealers or clients.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and present ideas to various stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
