Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Build relationships with potential clients through various lead generation methods.
- Identify new opportunities and develop strategies for entering and expanding in those markets.
- Create compelling presentations and proposals to showcase our services and address client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure profitable partnerships.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in sales and business development preferably in the logistics industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Ability to travel as needed (10-15%).
- Team player with a positive attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
