About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Business Development Specialist to join our team in Norway and Iceland. As a key member of the Sales department, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and plans for the region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans for Norway and Iceland.
  • Visit retail locations across Norway and Iceland to support and motivate the sales team.
  • Provide product demonstrations and sales support to drive sales performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expansion possibilities within the retail channel.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the retail sector.
  • Set individual store-level sales targets and track progress.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Head of Sales Norway & Iceland.
  • Coordinate promotional activities and marketing campaigns at the store level.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in field sales management, preferably within the automotive industry or with experience in visiting retail stores.
  • Strong knowledge of the retail market in Norway and Iceland, including customer preferences and distribution channels.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with retail partners and the sales team.
  • An analytical mindset to assess sales data, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
