Business Overview

BYD Europe is seeking a Business Development Network Executive to join our team in Norway and Iceland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing network strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborating with dealers to improve their performance and grow the dealership network.
  • Negotiating dealership agreements and coordinating with relevant resources.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to adjust business processes and align task roles.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in automotive industry, preferably in EU and non-EU network development.
  • Excellent business development and project management skills.
  • Fluent English and Chinese, both written and verbal. Knowledge of additional Nordic languages is a plus.
