Job Summary

nShift is a global provider of cloud delivery management solutions, offering innovative software to e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, and 3PL shippers. Our platform enables frictionless shipment and return of almost one billion packages annually across 190 countries.

We are looking for a sales and business development executive to join our Norwegian team, focusing on upgrading existing customers with our latest products and services. This is a career-advancing opportunity for a customer-centric and solution-focused sales professional to join our expanding international organization.

Main Duties:
  • Presenting our solution to potential clients
  • Identifying client needs and suggesting suitable products/services from our portfolio
  • Negotiating and closing deals with prospects
  • Reporting to the Director of Sales on results and improvement ideas
  • Staying informed about new products/services and market trends

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving quotas and KPIs, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be fluent in English and Norwegian.
