About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships.

  • You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies;
  • You will collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and initiatives;
  • You will leverage your expertise to create compelling presentations and pitches;
  • You will use your negotiation skills to close deals and drive revenue growth;
  • You will participate in ad-hoc projects to support business growth and expansion.
Your Background
  • You hold a Master's degree and have a minimum of two years of relevant experience;
  • You possess excellent language skills in English and Norwegian; Swedish language skills are a plus;
  • You have a proven track record of success in sales and business development;
  • You are a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • You are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • You are self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for achieving excellence.
