At TN Norway, we are seeking a highly experienced Technical Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in the Norwegian brownfield market.

Job Description:

We are looking for an expert who can develop and maintain a strategy for the Norwegian brownfield market in dialogue with management, ensuring competitive execution models.

  • Prospect and develop brownfield opportunities from lead to proposal stage and handover to tender/project, managing the sales pipeline to ensure accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Maximize and achieve revenue potential on existing and new accounts, delivering on sales targets.
  • Communicate sales activities internally according to the sales plan, including customer visits, calls, lead follow-ups, and quotation generation.
  • Understand the competitive landscape in the Norwegian brownfield market and maintain an overview of competitors.
  • Lead strategy meetings and support decision-making processes. Manage Terms & Conditions negotiations with the support of contract and legal teams.
  • Participate in and integrate with the global NOV Brownfield team to expand our footprint, improve performance, enhance safety, and increase digital offerings.
  • Utilize and expand your established industry network to develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Foster and maintain a robust network of industry contacts, staying informed about market trends and emerging opportunities.
