About the Opportunity:
Arc'teryx Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Retail Business Development Manager to lead our wholesale business in EMEA. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships with our retail partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales representatives across Nordics and the UK to deliver sales growth and exceed targets
- Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key account managers and stakeholders at our retail partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- 7+ years' experience in national sales management or key account management in a consumer goods industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of the premium outdoor, fashion, and lifestyle industries
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
